Our HANDS-ON OBJECTIVE
Many of us are fortunate to be in a position of privilege and access, and have a sense of the many helpful hands that helped us get where we are today. The Wandering Voice's goal is to make it easy for corporations to leverage their position and experience to create impactful changes to society - becoming a superpower for change to enable the marginalised to move towards equal access and upward mobility. We offer the opportunity to make your next team-building event one that brings your team together like never before.

Our Wanderer network consists of people at all levels in society that the average worker is typically disconnected from, whether it's because of culture, language etc. differences, or because there's simply no time to meet. The fact is that there are a lot of incredible people within the Refugee, Ethnic Minority and Domestic Worker community that have made it, and whom you would love to meet and exchange with. There are also many in those communities whose potential is waiting to be tapped into by those in a more privileged position.

By creating workshops that allow us to get into each other's shoes, forcing creative and collaborative problem solving and knowledge sharing, we believe we can go far in making Hong Kong that much more enjoyable for everyone.

Mentoring Next Generation Leaders
We offer training activities that are fun and help inspire better relationships between colleagues. Depending on your business, we would offer activities that help you build towards a team that is more culturally competent and harnessing more inclusive and creative ways of expression and thinking.
This is a knowledge-sharing and creative workshop where your whole team is challenged to solving real-world situations, where they pitch solutions to experts and people that have experienced the issues first-hand.
Your team of experts are given the opportunity to provide mentorship and entrepreneurship guidance to those trying to reach their full potential, such as ethnic minority students. We see this as one of the most powerful hands-on ways to beat a system that doesn't yet cater well to these individuals.
